All of our jewels are handmade to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. You will receive tracking information as soon as your goods have shipped. All packages are shipped fully insured.
USA
UPS 2 Day + Insurance: $40 + $20 for each additional item.
Rest of the World
DHL International Express: $70 + $20 for each additional item.
Returns
Full price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 10 days from the date of receipt for a refund. All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition and returned in their original, undamaged jewelry boxes. To initiate a return please contact us at sales@bakerandblack.com.
Special orders, resized pieces and custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.
If you require additional information or photographs prior to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@bakerandblack.com.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full credit will only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. Baker & Black will not refund an order if the return package was lost in transit without proof of delivery.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
